The staff here was fantastic, friendly, and helpful, the room was luxurious and well-equipped with snacks, a Spa tub.

Our new favorite place to stay in Kendallville. Fairly clean, small hotel with really good staff. Decent setting, near GREAT restaurants and nightly entertainment interests, and Cobblestone Golf courses. Also, in the middle of jackson.

The staff was excellent, the location was exceptionally nice, and we loved our rooms with queen beds, making it a great spot for enjoying a peaceful area.

During my recent stay, I encountered a situation where I accidentally locked myself out of my room. I was feeling quite frustrated and worried, but to my relief, the staff at Rodeway Inn were incredibly helpful and promptly came to assist me. They were friendly, understanding, and quickly resolved the issue, allowing me to continue enjoying my stay without any further inconvenience. This level of attentive service truly made a positive impression on me.
